1. Bigger waist than hips
This is a sign that your body fat exceeds the ideal 10 – 15% fat range. Men who exceed this ideal range, increase their risk of:
- Injury risk
- Dementia
- Depression
- T2 Diabetes
- Heart disease
- High oestrogen
- Low testosterone
- Reduced mobility
· Moobs are protruding breast in men which caused by:
• High body fats
• Low testosterones
• Excessive oestrogen
• Excessive prolactin
• Excessive consumption of soy foods and beers.
Either way its a sign that something needs fixing!
3. Regular fatigue
This shouldn’t come as a shock but you aren’t supposed to be
tired all the time.
Regular feelings of fatigue is usually a sign you have issues with:
- Diet
- Sleep
- Managing stress
- Not moving enough
4. No morning boners
Men if you aren’t waking up to regular boners, you have an
issue!
It could be down to suffering from:
- · Low Testosterones
- · Type 2 diabetes
- · Sleep disorders
- · Erectile dysfunction
- · Medication side effects
Men if you scarcely feel horny that you rarely desire sex, you aren’t healthy! You likely have some lifestyle issues you need to fix!
6. Being moody/ Irritable
When you have low testosterone levels & high cortisol levels, you feel increased in anger, hostility, anxiety & overall spontaneous irritability.
If you have recently/ past few years become fat more
irritable, it’s likely a hormonal imbalance!

Lack of motivation
This is one of the most common symptoms of low testosterone.
Yes strangely one of the least talked about symptoms.
Testosterone propels our ambition & drive.
So men if you constantly feel unmotivated, it’s a “health
red flag” & you need to investigate!

ReplyDeleteMost people ain't even up to 37, & they're already riddled with body weakness by merely doing little jobs daily. Bad food, bad lifestyle, bad health, lower life expectancy.
Living in Nigeria alone, is enough to break down men's health. I couldn't stand watching my husband weaken his body through the hustles and bustles of Nigeria. I need him healthy for me and my kids, and he's just 38yrs old. Thanks O'Leaf, we will begin to live better
